Will I overheat in wool?

18-micron merino. Cloud-soft. Never itchy.

Odor control?

Naturally. Wear more, wash less.

How do I wash it?

Cold wash, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Skip fabric softeners and high heat.

Can I tumble dry?

If you must, low heat. Air-dry keeps fibers happy.

Do you really offer a lifetime guarantee?

Yes. Every Wül piece is built to last. If it fails because of a material or workmanship defect, we’ll repair, replace, or credit you.

What’s covered?

Defects in fabric, stitching, or construction that affect performance or durability.

What’s not covered?

Accidents, misuse, improper care (bleach + high heat = no), pet damage, cosmetic wear like fading/pilling, or lost items.

How do I make a claim?

Email us with your order number, photos, and a quick description. We’ll review and get back to you.

Do I need proof of purchase?

Yes—order number, receipt, or confirmation email from Wül or an authorized retailer.

Will I get the same item back?

If it’s still available, yes. If not, we’ll offer a similar item or store credit.

Who pays for shipping on returns?

You cover return shipping unless we say otherwise.

What does “lifetime” mean?

The life of the product—not your lifetime. Wool blends are tough but not indestructible. If your gear doesn’t perform for its reasonable life cycle, we’ll make it right.
